Winter After School Lifts

October - February

Each session will combine speed, plyometrics, Olympic Weightlifting & supporting strength training movements.

Participants will be separated into beginner & advanced groups for appropriate training progressions.

To be able to provide high end instruction for the large amount of athletes registering for our programs, we now require a $30 registration fee per athlete per training season. Your Winter sport season $30 registration fee provides you the ability to register for all available sessions you would like to attend.
