Daily Communication: Practice times and locations for all levels will be announced by 2 pm daily via TALKING POINTS.

Please make sure you and your player have downloaded the Talking Points App and have it ready prior to the start of the season.
Outdoor Practice:
- Weather permitting (dry, 25 - 30°F +, clear field), practices will be held outdoors at Lazier and Robert Crown.
- Grass availability begins after Spring Break starting 3/31/25.
Player Preparation:
- All players must be prepared daily for both indoor and outdoor practices.
- Please review the pre-season checklist.

- Stick Skills & Fundamentals (Passing, catching, shooting, ground balls).
- Lacrosse IQ & Decision-Making (Reads, reaction, movement, spacing).
- Athleticism, Strength & Conditioning (Speed, endurance, agility).
- Effort & Coach-ability (Hustle, listening, adaptability).
- Team Play & Communication (Leadership, unselfish play).
- Game & Situational Play.
- Fitness Test: 440 & 12 Min 2 Mile.

PLAYERS THAT DO NOT HAVE THESE THINGS DONE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND TRYOUTS UNTIL ALL ARE FULFILLED. We will not accept late registrations.

- Stick: All players must have a short stick. D-poles included.
- NO frayed strings or sidewalls
- Screw in head
- NO broken plastic
- Butt end covering
- Okayed by Coach Geron or Coach Curtis

- Helmet (We can provide)
- Mouth Guard
- Shoulder and Elbow pads
- Gloves
- Sneakers and Cleats
- Blue, Gray, Orange, or White Practice Gear
- Practice jerseys will be distributed at tryouts
- NO PAJAMA PANTS
- Water bottle. There will be NO WATER AVAILABLE outside before spring break.
